[ARC5] bogus E-Mails

Even though all of my telephones are on the various "no call" lists, every day there are a number of suspicious calls. Fortunately, the caller i.d. comes up on the television sets as well as directly on the telephones. If my wife, or I, do not recognize the actual telephone number or the name of the caller, we let the answering machine take over. If the call is legitimate, we will then "pick up" the telephone.
Right now, since the primary election is right around the corner, we are getting literally dozens of telephone calls, every day, supporting some candidate! We definitely let those go to the answering machine and, every hour, have to delete several from the memory! It is well known, in the political world, that both my wife and I definitely vote in the primary as well as the general election.

I would have told the jerks to go "f*** themselves" and slammed the phone down, IFF I had
bothered to answer it in the first place. :-(
