[ARC5] BC-221-J vs BC-221-T or what?

All of the metal cased models (BC-221-A through BC-221-AA) originally 
shipped in a BG-81 canvas case.  All of the wood models (BC-221-AA through 
BC-221-AN originally shipped with canvas front and rear covers.  BC-221-AA came 
both ways although I have never seen one in a metal case.
