[ARC5] H-250 versus H-33

Short answer is no.

The H-33(*)/GR has a 40 ohm carbon microphone.  I don't know the details of 
the H-250/GR microphone but it is dynamic.  The H-189/GR is a suitable 
replacement for the H-250, although heavier.
