[ARC5] R-25 BFO issue and fix

Among it's many issues, the R-25 had no BFO. There was oscillation , but it was tuning at 1200-1400 KHZ. 
I took the coil box apart and found that the parallel tuning cap (180pf) measured 20pf. it's one of those very strange little "vase caps" .My  trusty R-13B parts radio came though once again with one of those in the RF deck. Replaced same, and correct tuning range was restored.The 1000pf mica was little off too, reading 900 pf but it's a non critical  coupler and it did not affect the performance
While I was at  I tuned  the BFO to a more common 700HZ tone at 709KHZ instead of 705KHZ.
