[ARC5] [MRCG] SCR-515/ABA IFF Code Wheels

FYI.  Programming 3D printers has a long learning curve.  Thermoplastics
are used in the affordable machines and that material somewhat soft.  It
may not last a long time in code wheel service but that may be OK.
