[ARC5] Antenna coupler used with APN-9?

It's a CU-92/APN, Mike. I have a couple of NIB that have the schematic
sheet inside, but I couldn't find them in a quick sweep of the shack.
The boxes make nice housings for a transition from 50 ohm distribution
to a push post device in the shack.
