[ARC5] ARC-5 on 20 meters

What I have never understood is why, instead of ripping plates off the tuning caps, they 
didn't simply add fixed caps in series with each one.

I intend to try that with the hacked up transmitters I own here when I "make" one of them for 
20 meters.
