[ARC5] BC-1306 help needed

Refer to the manual. The connectors and pinouts are identical to the GRC-9, voltages are also identical. Here is where you can download the SCR-694 manual (the nomenclature for the whole system, in which the BC-1306 is a component): http://radionerds.com/index.php/SCR-694 manual .
I have an operational BC-1306, which I power up with the military 115 VAC power supply for the GRC-9. It works great on 80 M on CW, it is a bit underpowered on AM - around 6 to 8 W - under crowded or adverse band conditions. Incidentally, the -1306 puts out over 5 W more on CW than the GRC-9 - around 22 W, I guess because it is a single band radio, vs. the 3 bands of the GRC-9 which covers a much wider frequency range.
