[ARC5] Shipping T-22 to Australia

The T-22 is 13 x 5.5 x 7.5.

My two box sizes are 16 x 12 x 12 and 18 x 18 x 16.    When I ship, I add 1
inch to each dimension (as the boxes are slightly bigger than advertised)
to see if it makes a difference (which it usually doesn't).

For US Priority Mail International  the cost is the same for 16 x 12 x 12
or 19 x 19 x17.

US Priority Mail International is  $123.40

The T-22 will not fit in one of their flat rate boxes.

As a sanity check I tried DHL;  they were in line with FedEx.
