Mark,Just an observation and a caveat that "I was not there at the time", virtually every C-47 and C-53 (C-47 with the small pax door) that I have seen and/or crewed in or rode in that still had the HF radio system in the cubby on the right side of the cockpit aisle had a BC-348 and an ART-13. That encompasses dates from the late 50's to the late 60's. I guess if you can't get all the stuff for the BC-375, an ART-13 might get you there? Of course, I have no idea which period you're trying to emulate.

Subject: [ARC5] C-47 restoration
I am trying to locate the following for the above
restoration and this seems a good place to look. Needed are: rebecca
antennas, radiocompass loop antenna, rear wire antenna mast, trailing wire
antenna and a BC-375. Also the shock mounts for a BC-348 and BC-375.
The items don't need to work but look good from the outside. They aren't
too interested in SCR command radios (yet) but I'm working on them. Also,
any hints on where to look would be appreciated. I have been following
this site for several years and a command radio "ARC5" collector of
sorts.
Thanks,
Mark
