[ARC5] Homebrew choke

There was no before/after. It was what I used initially. It seemed to work pretty well for filtering the supply. I don't think it did much for regulation though.I did add a 200V zener to the oscillator supply which helped with some chirp issues. 
The dynos make a big difference in the regulation. The first one I used was light on voltage and current. When I found a beefier one, regulation improved even more.
That homebrew supply is mothballed now that I have the 24-28V  bc456 and it's dyno running the scr274 system.

NZ house voltage is between 230 and 240 volts, so winding insulation should be as good or better than the US counterpart.

US house voltage is in excess of 340 vpp anyway, so I figured there was at least a 50% safety factor on the insulation...
