Seems a bit grimy for the price. It's not NIB!Just like the guy with the $174 front panel plug in, he has the right to try to get what he can for it.To that, I say "good luck".

BC-454-B.  Black wrinkle, NOT aluminium.  Ser #8137.

Name plate is black with silver writing. 
Can see no indication when made or released.

Condition:  almost new - minor defects in paintwork.
