[ARC5] 6DC6 tubes

 The 6DC6 has many similarities when compared with the 6AK5 (i.e. both
 are RF pentodes, 7 pin miniature base, but K-G3 connection is diff't.)

Heater current is higher (300mA v 175mA) and has semi-remote cut-off
characteristics.  (6AK5 is listed as pentode, sharp cut-off.)  Gm is
about the same (6AK5 is slightly less, but figures are for slightly
lower voltages).
