[ARC5] Non Directional Beacons

I guess the Aussies are swallowing some of the "stupid pills" 
that the USA's FAA is handing out. 
 
A few nuclear detonations at the altitude of the GPS orbits 
and the entire aviation industry will be grounded for a 
decade or more!
