[ARC5] Trygon Power Supply

Any of y'all have the hook up info for a Trygon S-36-50VS110A power supply?  I have one and I don't know if it works or not.  It has a couple of cannon plugs on the back and presumably one must be for the line cord, but I don't know where to put the power.  VOM checks have been a bit confusing.
