[ARC5] ARC-5 Transmitter VFO Conversion

Does anyone have a spare dial plate for the VFO conversion of the ARC-5 Command Set transmitter? This is the  aftermarket white dial plate with black lettering for all the ham bands 160-10 meters. Same dial plate as used on the Central Electronics VFO conversions.
