Hello Ken,
I can't help.  I spent some time searching.  I found the 6 volt EL84,
but you're looking for a 12 volt filament.
I also read that the 6F6 (unlike the 6V6) was a true pentode, not a beam
tetrode - but that's only what the article said.  I always imagined the
6F6 was first cousin to the 6V6 and 6L6.  Again, 6 volt 'tubes'.
