[ARC5] 12 V Power pentode.

This is gonna sound kinda stupid, but lacking anything else, how about
a 6K6, plus a series dropping resistor for the heater?

The 6K6 is indeed a pentode, just not a beam pentode. Will that do? I
did look for a 12K6, admittedly not all that hard, but it seems to be
one of those that was skipped for some reason, perhaps for the same
reason as there is no 12SB7.

The actual power dissipated by the series resistor is about 2.5 watts. A
15-ohm 10 watt series resistor would allow a 4X safety margin for long
service life.
