No, neither meter you described is the correct RF ampere meter for the A-61-A. The proper meter is a white-face internal-thermocouple 0 to 4 AMPERES R.F. Weston Model 507 (A.R.C. part number 7781).
BTW, the schematic that Mike Hanz sent to the list shows point 5 and point A. Those are the push terminals with the same markings on the front panel of the A-61-A. You can connect a DC source to the 5 terminal and GND and see the meter indicate the amps that result from the voltage of the applied source divided by the 5 ohm internal load resistance.
