I believe 100pf is correct. If I'm not mistaken, the ARC5 manual has a schematic of the phantom antenna if you want to be sure.

 Hi there,

My A-61-A Phantom antenna has been got at.

It did not seem to work correctly, so I opened it up,
and found it had been converted to 50 ohms.
The series resistor had been rewired for 20 ohms.
It is just several 2 ohm resistors in series/parallel
so it was easy  to put it back to the original 5 ohms.

There are 2 clips which had a 30 ohm resistor clipped in.
It was removed.
What is the capacitor that goes in here?
I assume is it a 100 pf vacumn capacitor
similar to the 50 pf in the antenna relay.
The 50 pf is too short (3.35 inches long).
It seems to need a 4.5 inch long capacitor,
of 100 pf.

Is this reasoning correct?

Regards
Ray
