[ARC5] Tube Tester Question

There isn't much that a truly shorted tube could be good for, except maybe
for a Chess set. I suppose you need a NE-51 bayonet based neon, eh? I
have some here if you don't have any. Let me know if you need one and I'll
put one or two in a padded envelope.
