[ARC5] WTB 115 VAC 400Hz 3-Phase Source

Hi:

I'm looking for something that has an output of 115 VAC 400Hz 3-Phase.  This is to power aircraft and ground based 
gyroscopes.
The power is probably under 10 Watts.  Could be an inverter, motor-generator or what have you.
