It will need some work, but most of it is there.  The main missing part 
is the Eclipse voltage regulator (Bendix Type 986-5-B is the part 
needed.)  It has an ham mod that I've seen before with wiring going out 
a side connector, probably for an external regulator circuit of some 
sort.  The selenium bridge rectifier should be replaced if one is going 
to use it in an operational capacity.  It looks like a good basis for 
restoration, though - they sure ain't makin' them anymore.
