[ARC5] Canadian SCR-274N

I've not seen nor heard of such plates on the SCR-274-N but I have several 
TCS-12 Dynamotor Power Supplies with Canadian A-crown-M tags on the side of 
the chassis (and modifications inside that make them unusable with a TCS 
transmitter).  And some marked on the nameplates for TCS-13 with similar Royal 
Navy tags on the side (don't know yet whether or not they are modified).  
However, all of these still have their original USN nameplates, which I gather 
isn't the case with the receiver in Arromanches.
