Dave,
I like your not so smart phone. I have one too. I can call my kids anytime or my boss if I can't make it in to work. And, the bonus!: I told my kids that I cannot text them. So, if they want anything, they have to call me and talk to me, or send me an email in the form of a letter.

A side note for anyone interested:The procedure in the manual
for adjusting the keying relay in the BC 375 and 191 calls for making the
antenna changeover contact last. That is a guarantee of chirp. It is a simple
matter to adjust that contact to make first and it cures much of the problem.
