[ARC5] Backwave

I guess I'll have to review Rich's previous e-mails on this issue.
In my experience, I have never seen or heard of an ARC-5 transmitter which
exhibited backwave, whether the oscillator was running continuously or not.
Therefore, I am having trouble understanding why he is getting this in his
particular situation, especially at such unusually low voltages.
Again, in my experience, a major cause of backwave is lack of proper
neutralization in the final(s). But the ARC-5 finals ARE neutralized.
Another possible cause of backwave is on-frequency parastics. And 1625s,
unless properly "handled" can exhibit copious parasitics. I speak from
experience with this.
But I am still somewhat mystified...
