I've got a couple of them heading my way, arrival date TBD as they've 
not left China yet.  I'll post my results.  I'll probably try an LC 
filter if mine show the same 3 KC noise.

I'm hoping to use mine as dynamotor replacements for SCR-183 and RU/GF 
sets.  Actually, I'm not sure what the current draw is on the GF 
transmitter, so it might not be a good match for the GF.

I'm very curious to see what switch mode controller chip they are using 
and what sort of transistors.

How's the build quality?
