Another measurement of sensitivity is the LDS/MDS, least/lowest discernible signal or minimum discernible signal.  This generally is defined as the lowest signal level that can be detected, by ear, with the BFO turned on.
Not quite a "precise" measurement.  However, it gives a very good idea as to just how the sensitivity, of one receiver, compares to another. Glen, K9STH
