[ARC5] Hallicrafters S-38 is dangerous

I despise those AC/DC sets, with respect to the shock hazard.  
Fortunately, I came across a larder of small, 1 amp true isolation 
transformers a while back.  Along with an inrush limiter, they generally 
do the trick...
