[ARC5] Oscillator Stability and Old-Time gear. (Was OT: Hally Instability)

Would it be too much to ask to include a measurement from cold start to the
first hour point?  Just one band (say 20M).

We should enlist one of those on-line wagering apps for this dramatic event
:-)
