[ARC5] Novice receivers.

Good Evening All,

        My First Novice receiver was a modified BC-455 for 40 Meters. I
used it with a homebrew linked coupled MOP 6L6 Transmitter running about
5 watts. Graduated to a National NC-57B, with an Select-O-Ject. After it
warmed up the Old National( found one along with an SM-57 S-Meter and
Select-O-Ject for this winters major project). worked well. Spent a lot
of winter nights chasing DX and Shortwave listening. Looking forward to
getting the OLD girl going again and doing some band cursing this winter.
