     Perhaps but LO design generally pays attention to this.  It might 
have been from multiples of the image frequency due to lack of RF 
selectivity or other internal beats.  I have not seen the book for a 
long time.  I think I know where it is in storage and wish I could 
remember the title exactly because its probably on line somewhere.
