[ARC5] ARC-5 as VFO

Hi guys - in the 60's I had (still have!) a Lafayette HE-90 CB set that I
had modified for 10 meters. Plate modulated AM and a "Green Hornet" mic,
it sounded great. I had lashed up a retuned T-21 transmitter as a VFO. It
worked well, very stable. I used it on the local 10 meter RACES AM net and
worked into Europe with it from Long Island with a 4 element beam...
Learned a lot along the way....
