[ARC5] ARC-5 as VFO

Drift is simply not an issue with my T-22, even when challenged with
staying within the passband of today's very narrow filters.  I do help
matters by tilting up the rear door and setting aside the PA lid when I use
it.  It stabilizes quicker that way.  The supply is VR tube regulated.
