[ARC5] MF and the ARC-8 system

The ART-13 operation manual -- and, I think, the Handbook of Maintenance Instructions also -- has the calibration tables for the transmitter, using the later model 3-tube "CFI" (crystal frequency indicator) unit which yields 50 kc calibration points.  The original 2-tube unit used in the ATC and most TCZ versions only gives cal points every 200 kc.
Rarely will an ART-13 be found with its calibration book; but the book isn't "unique" to the particular transmitter, as is the book for the BC-221 and LM frequency meters.
Just get a Handbook of Operating Instructions.  It covers the ART-13, 13A and 13B.

If I might add something to the discussion.. If one can find the vernier
disk that goes with later ART-13A, it can easily replace the disk on
earlier models, thus allowing finer calibrations.  You'd need the later
calibration book, but that's no real issue.  Confirmation can be had by
noticing that certain calibration points coincide, comparing the old to
new book.  I did this with two units, here, and it works just fine.  I
was fortunate to locate two VFO autotune assemblies with these disks.
