[ARC5] MF and the ARC-8 system

The Comco crystal control module requires, among other things, that the 
transmitter channel switch be modified by the addition of another 
wafer.  Once the module is installed, its there pretty much there for 
good.  The other two LF/MF modules can be installed and removed, _all_ 
LF/MF operation requiring external tank components.  And, yes, the "B" 
transmitter can be controlled via the VFO, as well.  Stability, etc. is 
good with all LF/MF modules so no reason not to simply go with them.
