[ARC5] Broadcast band Transmitters

Did the BC-375 (and BC-191) have the capability?  Short answer is yes.  Did 
they normally carry all of the necessaryTU's?  Short anwer is only one of 
them, TU-3-(*), TU-22-(*) or TU-26-(*) in time order.
