All,
I have an ART-13, a Collins 52286, in the attic of my parents house. My dad, W6FKQ, collected a lot of WW2 gear after the war and it has been up there since the fifties. I do not believe it was ham modified based on the pictures I took. Also based on the pictures there is no AC cord hanging out the back, but I do note a couple of empty tube sockets. I will be out to the house Nov. 12-16. It is in Oakland CA. It weighs 66 pounds based on the plate on the front. I am selling some things on the eBay, or Greed Bay, under the handle Sinky1947. I have a BC-348Q listed at present. I have been wondering how to deal with the ART-13 due to the weight. If there is interest, perhaps we could come to some arrangement and figure out a way to ship. Definitely not as small as the ARC-5 sitting on the shelf.
Let me know if there is any interest. Trying to find it a good home, not get rich.
Jim
