It would need to be a plate to 70.7 volt line.  Your garden variety 70.7V 
and 25.? V line transformers are line to voice coil.  A 70.7 volt line 
happens to be 500/600 ohm line (it's a long story).  Any small output (plate to 
voice coil) transformer would also do for testing.

The output transformer in the B-model SCR-274-N receivers has a 4000 ohm 
secondary with a tap at 250 ohms.  The A-models are only 4000 ohms and the ARA 
and AN/ARC-5 are only 600 ohms.
