You spawned my curiousity, Ian, and a quick look confirmed that you are
absolutely correct, re the VT-62.
If the 801 isn't included on your set up
chart, Wayne, perhaps the similar type 10 or type 210 is
included.

The VT-52 is the same as a
45S, which
is a 45 with different
filament voltage/current.
The VT-62 is an 801, I think.
