[ARC5] Halogen Light Power Supplies

I have an old carbon filament lamp which is really neat, however, today's AC line voltage is a bit more
than I like to subject it to.

I refuse to use Halogen bulbs anywhere. I had the same problem with the only Halogen I ever used being short lived. They are sensitive to skin oil, can be finicky, and have been know to cause fires.

I strictly stick with incandescent, fluorescent, and LEDs.

I also refuse to use any bulbs made by GE as they are all life limited by design. I prefer Sylvania or Phillips and I also prefer 130VAC incandescent bulbs when I use them for longer life given our AC voltage here runs at 121.6V.

Respectfully,
