Does anyone on the ARC-5 Forum read French?

I have a very interesting 3 page Q5-er article that was published in French. I would like it translated. I've tried Google's translator and it just doesn't cut it.

Because it is a technical article a Ham who reads and/speaks French is needed. Any Quebec ARC-5 Forum members?
