[ARC5] What's an R-368/FRC-6A?

Concur with the post.  In MIL-HDBK-161A, it shows a 6 ft rack with a 
desk top remote control, typical of FM gear of the period. The unit 
shown likely is part of the whole and not complete one, at all.
