Les, although that was my first reaction, it's just a dynamotor and I didn't 
lose any money on it :)
Ebay won't give a damn. They have more lawyers than any of us.

I found one for WAY less than $30 at a local flea market on Sat., anyway! 
Cleaned and lubed and it's working just fine.
Will chalk it up to just one more unethical person in the world, and move 
on.
