[ARC5] Are 1.415 MHz crystals available?

Hi,

That's something else that could happen. Still...trying it isn't going 
to damage the the radio. If the IF and BFO accomodate but the diak 
doesn't a guy could just live with that. We somehow managed with logging 
scales and this wouldn't be any different. Just the names changed to 
protect the innocent, etc. The VFO and BFO bits could be messed with to 
get the dial right (the antenna circuits wouldn't change) but that means 
modifications if it can't just be tweaked with what's already there. The 
OP already mentioned his desire to not hack things to pieces.

If I had time (and maybe I'll try it later) I would play with mine to 
see how far it actually can be moved with just realignment.
