[ARC5] Unusual BC-221

Likewise the LM-6. 10, 11, 12, 13, 19 & 20, all made by CRR.  I'm not sure 
about the 9, 7 and 5 and earlier.  14 through 17 were made by CKB.  And I'm 
not sure who modified the 21.  Have to look in the NAVSHIPS and see whether 
or not it says.
