[ARC5] Command and Liaison Sets for Tanks

The SCR-506 replaced or at least was supposed to replace the SCR-193 and 
the few SCR-245 still in service.  This was in both tanks and half-tracks.  My 
understanding is that this was generally unpopular with the using troops.
