Millions of people still live in areas of the country where the only choice is dial up. AOL just received a takeover offer and their million and a half accounts are considered a cash cow. Can you think of any other national dial up ISP?AOL is an ordinary internet portal just like Yahoo, Bing etc and their mail accounts are free and available to all.
