[ARC5] BC-AR-429 and RU-18 Connectors

Mike & Wayne,

The BC-229/429 uses the 8-pin PL-61. The Liason RU's (RU-5, 10, 11, 12, 18 &
19) use a 10-pin plus guide #133. And the Command RU's use an 11 pin #233. 
None of the three are interchangable for that as well as other circuit 
differences.
