[ARC5] Aging Electrolytics

      AFAIK, the mechanism is the same regardless of the rated voltage.  
Electrolytics over about   450VDC are usually two or more in series 
inside the housing.  That would make no difference in the ageing.    I 
think it is wisdom to replace old electrolytics even if they seem to be 
OK.  A shorted or very leaky cap can cause a lot of expensive damage.
